Through capstone projects, community events, and writing campaigns, students build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. NYL prepares them to be flexible thinkers, effective learners, and innovative leaders who are engaged and ready to shape their futures.

ALUMNI 360
Alumni 360 is NYL’s dedicated platform for supporting the ongoing professional development of our graduates.
This dedicated space provides alumni with opportunities to enhance their credentials, strengthen their networks, and stay connected to the creative industry. Having benefited from the program themselves, NYL alumni are in a unique position to give back by mentoring current students, hosting panel discussions, assisting with fundraising events, and promoting the organization to a wider audience. Additionally, by remaining actively involved, alumni not only support the NYL mission but also help build a sustainable community that fosters lifelong learning and growth. NYL has identified several initiatives that you can support:
A gift or donation of $1200 will provide financial stipends for three students participating in our Career Pathways leadership and career-readiness program.
A gift or donation of $650 will cover the cost of supplies for two Shop E workshop sessions
A gift or donation of $200 will cover the cost of printing promotional materials for one NYL Future Ready program.
